We continuously improve our production process and can flexibly select the molding process according to the shape, technical requirements, use and quantity of the product. The main production processes are divided into two categories, namely vacuum infusion molding and autoclave forming.

The vacuum infusion molding is mainly to arrange the carbon fiber cloth in the prefabricated mold, and the resin is placed in the mold and combined with the carbon fiber by vacuum pressure.

Autoclave forming refers to a process in which a composite material prepreg is laid in a predetermined direction is placed in an autoclave to complete the curing process at a constant temperature and pressure. Since the prepreg is infiltrated with the resin at the time of production of the carbon fiber cloth, the composition is better and the proportional control is higher.
